Mr. Bastidas possesses a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice from St. John's University and a Master's Degree in Education from St. John's University.

Mr. Cappello serves as the Director of Investigations of Strategic Invesytigations and Security with offices in New York, California, Florida and Arizona. He possesses extensive experience in Law Enforcement having worked for the NYPD.
Mr Cappello is a retired Sergeant from the New York City Police Department with 20 years of service. He has extensive experience working in investigative units such as Technical Assistance Response Unit, NYPD Quality Assurance Division and Internal Affairs Bureau. Mr. Cappello has also served as an Integrity Control Officer for numerous NYPD Precincts.
EDUCATION
Mr. Cappello possesses a Bachelors Degree in Criminal Justice from College of Staten Island.

Paul Smester
WORK EXPERIENCE
Mr. Smester serves as the Director of Security for Strategic Investigations and Security. Mr. Smester is a retired Lieutenant from the New York City Police Department. Mr. Smester has over 20 years of extensive experience in Law Enforcement. He has worked in various units such as Anti-Crime Unit, Precinct Platoon Commander, Technical Assistance Response Unit (TARU), Fugitive Apprehension Unit and Detective Squad Commander.
Mr. Smester manages the security team for Residential and Commercial properties throughout New York City. Mr. Smester also oversees Special Events Security along with the Executive Protection Team. Paul works closely to ensure these operations are running efficiently and effectively assuring that we provide our clients with the best service in the security industry. Paul is also responsible for client relations and ensuring all of our client's individual needs are met.
EDUCATION
Mr. Smester possesses a BA in Psychology from Stony Brook University and has a Master's Degree from Columbia University.
